Job summary

Presidio seeks a Senior Director of Cybersecurity Advisory Services to scale and grow a global consulting portfolio. You will lead governance, architecture, and offensive security, while driving profitability and client outcomes.

This role reports to senior leadership and involves client engagement at the executive level. You will manage a distributed team, develop workforce strategy, and collaborate with sales and delivery to expand our advisory capabilities in a fast-evolving market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 12-15 years of cybersecurity leadership experience
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams of 20+ people

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed Cyber Consulting Services organization spanning governance, architecture, and offensive security
• Grow the business faster than the cybersecurity services market while maintaining profitability
• Own operating performance across revenue, gross profit, utilization, backlog, and capacity
• Build workforce plans balancing FTE, backlog, demand, and subcontractors
• Own subcontractor and third-party delivery strategy with quality and capacity controls
• Lead managers and principal consultants across multiple cybersecurity disciplines
