Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Technologies is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Automation Engineer to design and implement security automations using SOAR and AI. The role requires hands-on coding, APIs, and integration work in a fast-changing security environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of Python, 2+ years with SOAR tools, and strong scripting (Bash/PowerShell). The position is remote within the United States with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor's in Information & Computer Science, Statistics or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years IT experience.
• 4+ years Cyber Security experience.
• 2+ years of any SOAR tool experience (Splunk SOAR, Sentinel, Swimlane).
• 4+ years of Python development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain security automations.
• Lead automation playbook lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Identify opportunities and measure efficiencies of automations.
• Leverage OpenAI/LLMs to enhance security workflows and detections.
• Collaborate with detection teams to enrich data and detections.
