Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Advanced Cyber Security Architect/Engineer to lead the design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions for critical assets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide CMMC compliance with DoD requirements, and mentor junior staff while working on a flexible remote schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a cyber security position.
• 3+ years of experience with US Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements (CMMC).
• 3+ years of in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks and best practices.
• 3+ years of excellent communication and ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• 3+ years of the ability to lead direct and indirect reports by influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.
• Manage CMMC compliance requirements for DoD and related assets.
• Coordinate CMDB security governance and asset relationships for CUI data.
• Document and drive evidence collection and control mappings (CRMs, NIST/FedRAMP to CMMC).
• Establish and maintain CMMC MOS with regular actions and process documentation.
• Provide mentorship to new team members.
• Incident response participation and technical escalation as needed.
