You will be hands-on, fortifying defenses and acting as a subject matter expert while collaborating with cross-functional teams on secure development practices.

The role includes managing CMMC compliance for DoD programs, coordinating with control owners, and mentoring teammates. Flexible remote work is available on a standard schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cyber security position.
• 3+ years of experience with US DoD cybersecurity requirements (CMMC).
• 3+ years of knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• 3+ years of effective communication and ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience leading direct and indirect reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.
• Manage CMMC compliance requirements for US DoD programs.
• Coordinate CMDB security field updates and asset governance.
• Document and track evidence across controls and audits.
• Mentor junior cybersecurity professionals and provide guidance.
