Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to join the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance team as a remote, senior individual contributor. You will own enterprise cyber risk assessment work and translate risk into actionable decisions for business leadership.

The role requires deep technical understanding of networking, cloud, endpoint, and identity decisions, plus strong communication to guide risk treatment and alignment with the enterprise risk appetite.

Qualifications

• Typically 8 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with a BS in CS/IS or related field
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise risk management and third-party cyber risk assessment
• Current Security+ or equivalent certification; hands-on capability valued over credentials

Responsibilities

• Conduct cyber risk assessments across the enterprise, identifying risk to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Articulate cyber risk to leadership in clear, decision-ready terms.
• Lead cyber risk reviews across multiple assessment types and track enterprise AI development as it relates to cyber risk.
• Coordinate with Compliance to ensure coherent risk treatment across frameworks.
• Evaluate risk implications of technology decisions in networking, cloud, endpoint, and identity architectures.
