Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer (Senior Consultant) to work with client security and engineering teams, deploying AI workflows for threat investigation and remediation. You will build, evaluate, and deploy AI solutions from prototype to production with guidance from leaders.

You will own technical deliverables, contribute to architecture, and collaborate with model providers and researchers to validate capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and 3-5 years of hands‑on software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery; experience in deploying frontier AI models or LLMs for cybersecurity.
• Experience building agents, model tool integrations, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation harnesses.
• Experience in security operations, threat investigation, detection engineering, or incident response automation.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code for AI services.
• Cloud engineering and secure AI deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned technical deliverables and communicate progress to engagement leaders.
• Contribute to architecture, pair programming, code reviews and integration troubleshooting.
• Test cyber capabilities with model providers and researchers and document deployment findings.
• Develop demonstrations, proposals, reusable components, evaluation suites and delivery playbooks.
• Collaborate with client teams to translate use cases into engineering tasks and outputs.
