Job summary

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is hiring for a senior AI/ML engineer to advance diffusion models and multimodal AI capabilities. You will develop photorealistic visuals, work with CV components and language models, and drive improvements across training, validation, and deployment pipelines.

The role emphasizes rapid experimentation, scalable deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Remote work options are available, with a focus on building higher-fidelity visual experiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience training diffusion models and modifying architectures.
• Proficiency with diffusers and transformers libraries.
• Hands-on experience with IP-adapters.
• Backend engineering experience in Python, Go, or C# is an advantage.
• Knowledge of scalable deployment systems.

Responsibilities

• Train and fine-tune generative models (text2image, image2image, video2image, IP-adapters) to produce photorealistic and stylized visuals.
• Work with image classifiers, rankers, and image/video captioning models that understand visual context.
• Track cutting-edge CV research and open-source developments to translate them into a CV roadmap.
• Build and own the iterative model improvement process, including quality validation systems.
• Optimize inference performance through diffusion optimization, quantization, and kernel-level work.
• Optionally train multimodal AI companions combining CV and NLP.
