You will own the deadline discipline for protests, 1520(d), drawback, and liquidation clocks, and craft how findings are packaged for brokers and attorneys.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on post-entry work: protests drafted, PSCs filed, 1520(d) and drawback work.

Responsibilities

• Define and stress-test detection logic across recovery surface: fees, USMCA/FTA preferences, 1520(d), section 301, classification/valuation, liquidation timing, and duty drawback.
