Remote Senior Customer Service Representative

The Role

This remote position involves providing world-class customer service to auto insurance customers, resolving inquiries, and procuring total loss information from insurers and vehicle owners. All onboarding and training will be virtual. Equipment such as a desktop computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and headset will be provided. The starting wage is $20.50 per hour. Benefits are available from day one, with promotional opportunities within 6 months based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in answering incoming calls from insurance adjusters and vehicle owners, explaining CCC's valuation products.
  2. Document conversations with claims adjusters regarding specific loss reports.
  3. Maintain good relationships with dealers and claims adjusters to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Adhere to attendance, production, quality, and other metric standards.
Requirements
  • No prior insurance or automotive experience required; training will be provided.
  • High school diploma; some college preferred.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently from a quiet, professional home environment.
  • High-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload).
