Qualifications

• 3–6 years of customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with MS Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service and supports improvements in operational execution to meet service levels.
• Manages customer account activity including orders, backorders, substitutions, and inquiries.
• Coordinates outsourced services related to invoicing, reimbursement, and dispute resolution.
• Collects and reviews customer feedback, complaints, recalls and product returns with Quality/Regulatory teams.
• Identifies trends and opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
