Alpheva is seeking a senior crop protection expert for AI evaluation projects focusing on pest diagnosis, resistance, integrated pest management, and pesticide safety. This remote, project-based role emphasizes high-level technical judgment and evidence-based corrections.

You will review model responses, draft reference answers and scoring criteria, and justify corrections with traceable evidence, contributing to rigorous professional standards in pest management research.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of substantive experience in crop protection or plant pathology.
• Demonstrated senior-level judgment in pest diagnosis, resistance, IPM, and pesticide safety, with substantial responsibility for reviewing or delivering this work.
• Ability to write precise reference answers, assess competing approaches, and justify corrections with traceable evidence.

This is remote, project-based contract work. Scope, hours, and assignments depend on project matching; the listed hourly range applies to matched work.
