Job summary

Archer, in partnership with Infor, seeks a Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end CPQ implementations and translate business needs into functional solutions.

You will work with delivery, product, and support teams to gather requirements, design functional specs, configure systems, test, and train customers.

The role requires travel 50% or more and a strong CPQ background, with an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with configure, price, quote software.
• Consulting experience with customer-facing presentations.
• Structured problem-solving and CPQ solution design.
• Lead customer discovery and project implementation phases.
• Experience in software development lifecycle phases.
• Experience in documenting business requirements and specs.
• Ability to travel 50% or more.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full-cycle CPQ implementations from kickoff to training.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specifications.
• Develop deep CPQ knowledge to apply features effectively.
• Document, configure, and test functional elements.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as trusted advisor.
