Littler Mendelson, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice, seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel - Ethics & Conflicts to serve as a senior advisor on attorney ethics and professional responsibility matters across jurisdictions where Littler attorneys practice.

This remote position requires residence within 60 miles of the designated Littler office and offers bonuses and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience addressing attorney ethics, professional responsibility, or conflicts of interest.
• Experience advising lawyers and firm leadership on sensitive risk matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor on ethics and conflicts across jurisdictions.
• Oversee ethics and conflicts risk, including onboarding, clearance, and screens.
• Advise on ethics program operations, policy interpretation, and training.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, Outside counsel, and insurers as appropriate.
• Provide guidance on engagement risk, disclosures, and communications.
