the company is a remote-first, but not remote-only company. As a Senior Program Manager, Contracts & Analytics, you will join the Legal Operations team to own the strategic direction of our Contract Lifecycle Management ecosystem and define the in-house build roadmap.

This role goes beyond configuration, shaping what gets built and driving AI enablement across the team. You’ll lead in-house builds and workflow development, partner with Enterprise Architecture and Engineering to scale contracting

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management in Legal Operations or contract management.
• Experience owning a technology roadmap and prioritizing build-vs-buy decisions.
• Expert-level CLM experience with systems like Ironclad; reporting and integration skills.
• Ability to drive AI adoption and lead enablement programs with measurable gains.

Responsibilities

• Own CLM tech roadmap and backlog; translate vision into delivery plan.
• Lead in-house builds and workflows with EA and Engineering for scalable contracting solutions.
• Drive AI enablement; identify automation opportunities and run POCs.
• Develop contracts reporting framework and system of record for agreements.
• Communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders and align cross-functionally.
