Ladders is seeking a Contract Negotiation Senior Manager (L6) to lead complex proposal and capture efforts in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role focuses on contractual strategy, negotiation, and administration across U.S.

Government and international programs, working with finance, legal, and customer stakeholders. The position is remote for US-based candidates only, with visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in proposals and contract negotiations for U.S. Government and international programs.
• Experience with large hardware production proposals and programs.
• Proficient in managing various contract types, including firm fixed price and fixed price incentive.
• Ability to lead complex proposals and contract negotiations.
• Strong relationship-building within Contracts and with customers.
• Experience in training and developing junior employees.

Aufgaben

• Manage contractual matters for complex proposal and capture efforts
• Oversee contracts management functions from capture through contract administration
• Provide business advice and coordinate with various functions, including finance and legal
• Serve as the authorized representative interfacing with customer buying representatives
• Resolve contractual issues and customer concerns related to company performance
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal approval requirements
• Lead audits and support contract-related activities to verify compliance
