Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Manager – Contract Manufacturing to lead the contract manufacturing network for our nutraceutical products in a remote-enabled capacity. You will coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to ensure on-time launches, optimized production, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in production or supply planning, production management or contract manufacturing.
• Experience managing production and supply across multiple contract manufacturers.
• Experience supporting nutraceutical or related consumer product manufacturing.
• Strong background in inventory planning, forecasting, scheduling and finished goods supply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the contract manufacturing team.
• Manage relationships and ongoing operations with contract manufacturers.
• Oversee inbound finished goods and optimize enterprise inventory levels.
• Monitor forecast changes and adjust supply plans accordingly.
• Plan production requirements across multiple partners using forecasts.
• Own product-launch timelines from formulation lock through final quality release.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Product Development, Quality, and manufacturing partners.
• Evaluate contract manufacturer pricing and track pricing variances.
• Lead vendor performance reviews and dashboards.
• Support transitions from external to internal manufacturing when needed.
