You will partner with product management, design, research, engineering, legal, and compliance to shape accessible, regulated healthcare content. You will lead content across features, apply research and analytics to decisions, and contribute to scalable content systems while ensuring clarity and consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy.
• Experience owning content from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Strong writing and editing skills, ability to simplify complex or regulated information.
• Understanding of information architecture, taxonomies, models, and findability.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive content design for features and journeys using research and analytics.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable digital experiences.
• Plan and execute content across the product lifecycle: creation, review, QA.
• Simplify complex healthcare information for UI, microcopy, and multi-channel experiences.
