Qualifications

• 10+ years of forensic delay analysis experience in construction/engineering.
• Undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying, or similar from a leading university.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Chartered professional status or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years on-site construction experience with engineering or construction firms or a construction claim/dispute firm.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client-facing ability and professionalism.
• Strong technical underpinning in project planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead in construction dispute resolution, claims preparation and analysis, and delay/disruption analysis.
• Provide forensic delay analysis and contribute to expert report preparation.
• Manage client relations and deliver to tight deadlines with frequent client interaction.
• Prepare and present results to communicate findings to clients.
• Demonstrate experience in sizable and complex delay-related disputes and in writing high-quality reports.
