Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a claims adjuster specialized in General Liability Construction with 5+ years of experience. This role is eligible for fully remote work within the United States.

You will analyze exposure, plan actions, and resolve claims while coordinating with clients, claimants, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate outcomes.

Strong licensing across states and solid knowledge of industry standards are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; state licensing across claims jurisdictions.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience in General Liability.
• Knowledge of industry standards and familiarity with claims software.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability Construction claims.
• Work with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve claims management.
