Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience reviewing/processing construction invoices or payment applications.
• Travel within US required 25-50%.
• CPA or Construction Auditor certification preferred.
• Experience with all construction project delivery methods and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed reviews of construction pay applications per defined procedures.
• Verify invoices align with contracts, amendments, change orders, and budgets.
• Communicate observations and corrective actions to clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Maintain organized work papers and invoice tracking logs for program reporting.
• Mentor junior auditors and provide training on invoice review and cost compliance.
