Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in accounting or financial related positions.
• 4+ years of experience in the consolidation processes & US GAAP.
• Working experience in financial reporting software (e.g., Hyperion, expert level preferred - HFM, Workiva, Microsoft suite).

Responsibilities

• Independently own and execute significant consolidation activities, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, equity roll forwards, topside entries, and other complex consolidation adjustments.
• Review journal entries, analyses, and consolidation reports; identify issues, provide direction, and drive timely resolution.
• Monitor the close calendar, coordinate dependencies, establish timelines, and elevate risks to ensure milestones are met.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial results, including cash flow, for accuracy and consistency with activity; communicate findings to management.
• Maintain and validate HFM consolidation structures and processes, including hierarchies, mappings, and translation settings.
• Co-lead compliance with SEC, US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and liaise with auditors.
• Generate solutions for business scenarios and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and review consolidated information and footnote documentation for Forms 10-K/10-Q/8-K and earnings materials.
• Mentor junior team members.
