Job summary

Suvi, an Akima company, seeks a Sr. Computer Systems Analyst to manage J-6 SPL content and support digital transformation in asset lifecycle operations. You will enhance Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards supporting SPM, automate data capture, and respond to ServiceNow tickets.

A DoD Secret clearance is required, with in-depth IT asset lifecycle expertise. Remote role with occasional in-person Arlington, VA meetings; pay range $120,000–$130,000 annually plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• CompTIA Security+ CE (or equivalent DoD 8140 / 8570 IAT Level II).
• Minimum of 5 years of IT asset management, configuration management, and product lifecycle management.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI).
• Experience with ITSM platforms (Remedy, ServiceNow).
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Solid grasp of IT lifecycle management, change management, and SAM/HAM across COTS, GOTS, SaaS, freeware/open-source, and enterprise hardware.
• Experience with SharePoint automation, Power Platform, or custom workflow development.
• Familiarity with DoW / DoD IT policies, procedures, and architectural governance
• Understanding of IT cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and risk assessment workflows.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and maintenance of J-6 SPL content to ensure an authoritative and current list.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI dashboards for SPM operations.
• Apply technical understanding of hardware/software types to establish best practices and replacement workflows.
• Track EOL/EOS lifecycles and maintain product metadata including Part Numbers and vendor caveats.
• Monitor and respond to J-6 ServiceNow ticketing queues per approval criteria and risk outcomes.
• Provide strategic recommendations for BPR and digital transformation opportunities in SPL operations.
