Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• At least seven years of relevant experience in federal grants/contracts management.
• Prior experience with U.S. Department of State award requirements.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply federal regulations in a complex, multi-donor environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and analyze donor compliance requirements and establish practices to ensure adherence to federal regulations and donor terms.
• Serve as the compliance resource for World Learning's Global Programs unit, providing technical guidance to staff.
• Oversee Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act reporting.
• Review and resolve issues beyond standard policies, escalating as needed.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation procedures for sub-recipients and assist in audits.
