Job summary
Ripple Effect is seeking a Communications Research & Evaluation Manager to lead high‑level research, program evaluations, and evidence‑based insights that improve client communications strategies. You will oversee a research team, manage projects, and ensure methodologically sound deliverables on time and within budget.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, health, science or relevant field.
- 10 years of experience with 2 years project management and 6 years evaluating methods.
- 2 years focused on communications research.
Responsibilities
- Conducts comprehensive research on communication messaging and strategies to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provides technical advice on research design, analytical techniques, and sampling methods.
- Coordinates internal resources and external consultants to execute studies.
- Ensures projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, with technical soundness.
- Manages a small research team and mentors staff to drive performance.
