Oshi Health is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to own the security architecture of our fully remote, cloud-native healthcare platform. You will lead threat modeling, secure design reviews, and non-human identity management across SaaS and AWS, enabling an agentic software development lifecycle with strong risk tradeoffs explained to engineers and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in security engineering with cloud security (AWS).
• Experience in healthcare/regulated environments is a plus.
• SAST/DAST, GitHub Advanced Security, secret scanning, and SBOM security.
• IAM including Okta, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, MFA, and non-human identities.
• Familiarity with securing AI/LLM and agentic systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, and NIST CSF.
• Proficient in Python and shell scripting.

Responsabilités

• Own application and product security, threat modeling and secure reviews.
• Design security architecture for agentic SDLC and risk controls.
• Build non-human identity and secrets management at scale.
• Secure AWS environment: IAM, networking, logging, encryption.
• Enforce security tooling: Code scanning, branch protection, CODEOWNERS.
• Assess AI/vendor integrations for PHI data flows and DLP needs.
• Own vulnerability management and pentest relationships.
• Support HIPAA security safeguards and detection/response automation.
