Job summary

UMB Bank is seeking a senior Corporate Trust Specialist to provide complex support for the CLO product and largest clients. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with senior management, and drive improvements in processes and controls.

Responsibilities include handling billing, debt service calculations, settlement support, and ensuring compliance reviews are timely. Strong leadership and Excel skills are preferred. This is a remote, full-time role with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of CLO industry experience.
• Professional certifications (CCTS/CTMC) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly complex support to the largest clients with CLO needs.
• Manage day-to-day operational/client service activities with internal controls.
• Identify business improvements to processes, policies and systems.
• Handle billing, fee adjustments, settlements, cash & investment transactions.
• Execute debt service calculations, payment generation and compliance reviews.
• Lead trainings and act as SME for CLO products and testing projects.
• Collaborate with legal/compliance to negotiate documents.
• Support cross-training and development of junior associates.
• Engage with marketing to explore opportunities and pricing.
