Job summary

Jade Biosciences is seeking a Sr. Clinical Trial Manager to support the Director, Clinical Operations in planning and executing assigned trials across global sites and vendors.

This role coordinates day-to-day study activities, maintains study plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and key documentation, and escalates issues with clear recommendations. This is a remote role with travel to team events as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences required with 7+ years of clinical trial management experience.
• Experience managing Phase 1–3 clinical trials, including global studies.
• Strong knowledge of FDA/ICH/GCP regulations and trial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee detailed study plans, timelines, enrollment projections, and tracking tools.
• Oversee vendors, CROs, labs, and RTSM/EDC systems; manage deliverables and budgets.
• Maintain Trial Master File documentation and support audits and inspections.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure trials are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with regulations.
