Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science/medicine (PhD or PharmD strongly preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in clinical research or development in biotech/pharma.
• Strong neuroscience/neurology foundation; experience in neurodegeneration or neuropsychiatric indications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical scientist lead on early‑stage (Phase 1/2) trials.
• Lead design, dose escalation, and data interpretation strategies.
• Lead development and review of protocols, IBs, CSRs, amendments, SAPs, and regulatory briefing materials.
• Serve as study medical/scientific lead from start‑up to study report completion.
• Drive safety, PK/PD, and biomarker data interpretation for dose‑escalation and study conduct.
• Provide scientific leadership in data review meetings, governance forums, and cross‑functional discussions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Translational Science, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics, and Safety/Pharmacovigilance.
• Mentor junior clinical scientists and ensure timely study deliverables.
