Job summary

Centessa Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company, seeks a Senior Advisor / Director, Clinical Science to lead scientific strategy for Phase 1/2 trials in orexin-targeted programs. You will coordinate across Clinical Operations, Translational Science, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics, and Safety to drive trial design and interpretation.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science/medicine.
• 8–10 years in clinical research/development.
• Strong neuroscience focus; neurodegeneration/neuropsychiatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical science for early-stage (Phase 1/2) trials in orexin programs.
• Develop study design, dose-escalation strategies, and data interpretation.
• Author protocols, IBs, CSR summaries, and regulatory briefing materials.
