Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager (Sr CPM) to oversee clinical operations for trials from Phase I to Phase III. You will coordinate CROs, service providers, and site investigators across the US, ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP, FDA/EMA guidelines, and SOPs.

You will manage study timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining data integrity and quality. Travel up to 20% may be required in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in life sciences or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in clinical trial management with 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing CROs, vendors, budgets, and global trials.

Responsibilities

• Manage all study-related activities to meet timelines, budgets, and GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Oversee CROs and service providers; ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead development of study documents (CPPs, CRFs, Monitoring Plans, Safety Plans).
• Recruit/initiates investigators and monitor site performance; coordinate investigator meetings.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and escalate risks.
