Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare billing audit or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and coordinate multiple teams of auditors and billing staff to deliver timely and accurate results.
• Communicate professionally with clients, account management and other departments.
• Build and manage remote and/or onsite teams through hiring, onboarding, and development.
• Implement performance metrics and evaluation systems to assess performance.
• Oversee HR duties for staff and maintain KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor turnaround times and client SLAs; report metrics to leadership.
• Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers.
