Job summary

Guardant Health is seeking a Client Services Key Account Specialist in Boston, MA, to provide high-touch support for Key Accounts. You will navigate EMR systems (Epic/Cerner), resolve data issues, coordinate tissue procurement, and ensure HIPAA-compliant case handling.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Billing, Software, and Clinical Operations, handling ABNs and complex documentation while delivering excellent customer service in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must live in the Boston Area.
• Ability to travel to assigned accounts as required.
• 5+ years of experience in Biotech/Lifesciences/Healthcare with healthcare providers and crossfunctional teams.
• Prior field experience preferred.
• Experience working in or with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner).
• PHI handling and HIPAA compliance experience.
• Strong ability to communicate complex clinical and operational topics.

Responsibilities

• Navigate EMR systems to retrieve and resolve patient/clinical data.
• Coordinate repeat orders and tissue procurement with clinical teams.
• Escalate issues and contribute to process improvements.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned Key Accounts (remote and in-person).
• Provide proactive order follow-ups and timely case progression.
• Manage data requests in line with compliance and privacy standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Billing, Software, and Clinical Ops.
