Responsibilities

EMR Navigation & Case Resolution in client/provider EMR systems.
Identify and resolve missing or incorrect information impacting case processing.
Coordinate repeat orders and tissue procurement with clinical team.
Document findings and resolutions with precision and compliance.
Support ABNs and other clinical documentation; ensure HIPAA compliance.
