Woodard & Curran seeks an accomplished Client Manager to lead outsourced water and wastewater operations sales. You will cultivate relationships with industrial clients, present compelling value, and close multi-million dollar contracts.

The role requires up to 75% travel, strong storytelling, and deep knowledge of MBR and SBR processes. Flexible, virtual-friendly work arrangements are available with our team nationwide.

Qualifications

• Our client seeks a sales leader with 10+ years in contract operations for water/wastewater utilities or related fields.
• Proven success building and closing contracts in industrial sectors like energy, mining, pharma/biotech, and data centers.
• Strong connections and an ability to articulate value to clients in casual, compelling terms.

Responsibilities

• Sell the vision by building relationships with decision-makers and proving our value.
• Attend conferences and raise brand awareness among industry leaders.
• Craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and close long-term agreements.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and technology teams for seamless handoffs.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory shifts to stay ahead.
