Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD) seeks a Senior Claim Manager to oversee a block of LTD/STD claims and deliver white-glove service. You will coordinate with Leave, Benefits Partners, and legal/medical professionals to guide employees through disability processes.

The role requires expert communication, sharp documentation, and the ability to handle complex cases while driving process improvements in a remote, nationwide setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of LTD experience required.
• STD handling and Life Waiver of Premium understanding preferred.
• Excellent documentation to capture conversations and plan claims.
• Strong communication across channels to deliver white-glove service.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned block of around 75 LTD/STD claims with complex cases.
• Provide concierge-level customer service and guidance through disability claims lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Leave team and Benefits Business Partners to optimize the claimant journey.
• Interact with attorneys and medical professionals as needed; document progress clearly.
• Coach and provide direction to other claims personnel; support process improvements.
