You will grade tone, escalation logic, and policy adherence on a structured rubric, flag risks, capture next steps for model training, and help calibrate reviewer scores across batches. This remote contractor role is US-eligible, offering $60–$90 per hour and requires reliable async availability of at least 10 hours

Qualifications

• Direct working experience in senior character animator specialist operations on real teams.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the policy or workflow being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
