PSI Services is seeking a Senior Test Developer to contribute to item editing, item bank management and test creation for certification programs.

You will manage a portfolio of client programs, lead development meetings with stakeholders, and maintain item banks using PSI’s proprietary software. The role is full-time, remote with occasional travel up to 20%. Excellent proofreading, collaboration with SMEs, and adherence to client style guides are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in professional test development
• Experience with large-scale testing programs preferred
• Strong proofreading and editing skills
• Experience with item banks and test creation is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Configure and manage clients’ item banks in proprietary testing software.
• Maintain and update items and classifications in the item bank according to workflows.
• Edit and proofread items according to grammar, spelling, test item format, and client style guides.
• Assemble test forms that meet criteria and document results.
• Facilitate in-person and web-based test development meetings with client representatives and SMEs.
• Conduct training for item writers and monitor their progress toward writing assignments.
• Document decisions and outcomes from test development meetings.
• Develop and maintain timelines for test development activities and track progress.
• Coordinate test development activity with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate test development requirements and progress to client representatives and SMEs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of proprietary testing software.
