Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in indirect sourcing, procurement, or consulting.

• Experience managing procurement teams and category strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Category Specialists and Buyers, with coaching and performance mgmt.
• Own category strategies and sourcing roadmaps aligned to business and TCO.
• Oversee sourcing, supplier selection, and complex contract negotiations.
• Drive category planning: demand management, supplier segmentation, risk mitigation.
• Establish and monitor metrics to deliver cost savings and service improvements.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships: performance, governance, issue resolution.
• Ensure procurement data accuracy and reporting in systems like Workday.
• Monitor market trends and supplier innovations to inform strategy.
