Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a Civil 3D CAD lead to take ownership of the CAD department across multiple offices in Colorado. You will manage a small team, develop CAD standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with engineers and project managers on infrastructure drawings.

Qualifications

• Strong Civil 3D experience within civil engineering projects.
• Experience managing CAD standards, processes, or teams.
• Leadership or supervisory experience within a CAD or engineering design environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of CAD professionals, with the opportunity to grow the department as the company expands.
• Develop and maintain company-wide CAD standards, templates, and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers to produce and oversee civil construction drawing sets using Civil 3D.
• Provide QA/QC review, mentorship, and training to CAD staff and engineers across the business.
