Job summary

Ntansa seeks a Senior Business Analyst for a contract role in New Brunswick’s Clinical Information System consolidation. You will bridge clinical and technical decisions, leading workshops and capturing usable requirements from clinicians and stakeholders.

You will own governance artifacts and oversee ongoing support for existing systems while the new CIS is built, ensuring smooth transitions and informed steering committee briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or equivalent working experience.
• At least five years leading business analysis on large healthcare or public sector programs, including three years with clinical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with an enterprise Clinical Information System in acute or ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and gap analysis across the CIS build and integrations.
• Run workshops with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, allied health staff and operational leads.
• Oversee steady-state for existing clinical applications: configuration changes, vendor readiness, technical assessments, and support queue triage.
• Produce governance artifacts: cutover plans, readiness assessments, risk and issue logs, briefing materials.
