Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Brand Strategist to shape brand architecture across a complex portfolio of IT products and services, ensuring a clear, cohesive brand system aligned to business goals. You will partner with Product and Design to translate positioning into a consistent customer experience, using market insights to guide how the organization brings new ideas to market.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $141,300 – $184,475 annually.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in brand strategy
• Experience executing end-to-end brand builds, linking identity to messaging and product strategy
• Familiarity with brand intelligence functions, including AI research systems
• Hands-on management of a complex multi-brand portfolio, ideally in B2B SaaS sectors
• Strong understanding of AI-native brand architecture and its practical applications
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts
