Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5-7 years of relevant professional experience; equivalent combination considered.
• PhD in related field with five years of experience preferred; strong quantitative methods and modeling background.
• Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and advise senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide management, coordination, liaison support, research, analysis, planning, budgeting advice, and training policy guidance for POTFF program.
• Develop and adapt mathematical and statistical models for human performance optimization.
• Support enterprise planning, evaluate program effectiveness, and produce actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field

PhD in Human Performance, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Behavioral/Social Science, or related discipline
