Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a senior data analytics professional to lead statistical modeling and strategic data analysis for the POTFF program. You will design and adapt mathematical models, provide guidance to headquarters staff, and evaluate program effectiveness using advanced analytics.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights, support policy guidance, and contribute to enterprise-wide performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• PhD in related discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Provide management, coordination, liaison support, research, analysis, planning, programming, budgeting advice and assistance, and education and training policy guidance for the USSOCOM Enterprise POTFF program.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to Component headquarters staff.
• Serve as a key analyst and recognized professional authority responsible for designing, developing, and adapting mathematical and statistical models and techniques.
• Provide advice and insight regarding the probable effects of alternative courses of action.
