LevelUp is seeking a Senior Billing Escalations Agent to join our L1 Billing team. The role focuses on resolving complex, technical, and escalated billing inquiries with strong communication and analytical skills.

You will support the Senior Manager of Order to Cash Operations, managing tickets, Slack queries, and cancellation requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced hosting environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 3 years of dedicated Billing or Customer Support Escalations experience.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
• NetSuite (Required): End user access to navigate accounts and invoices.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated, unresolved, or high-priority billing issues.
• Review and triage escalations flagged by teammates and other departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to route issues to the correct owner and ensure resolution.
• Manage daily queue and ensure tickets are opened properly and addressed on schedule.
• De-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism.
