Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior BI Product Manager to act as the subject-matter expert across Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash, connecting financial data to real business decisions. This role turns operational friction into data, analytics, and AI opportunities, collaborating with Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience within Financial Systems, FinSys BI, Order-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations.
• Solid grasp of accounting terminology, contract lifecycle, billing, entitlement, and ASC 606 impacts.
• Exceptional communication and high energy for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience validating pricing, orders, and contract data for dashboards.
• Understanding of ERPs (Workday, NetSuite, SAP) and CPQ/CLM tools and data flows to BI.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across internal FinSys teams and finance leadership to surface friction points.
• Connect operational pain points to BI, ML, and AI opportunities and data needs.
• Author clean PRDs, roadmaps, and non-technical business requirements with TDMs and engineering.
• Ensure complex quoting, billing, and revenue processes are captured in downstream data products.
