• Engage with senior government stakeholders to translate complex needs into analytics objectives.
• Mentor junior researchers and lead cross‑functional teams through the insight process.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to deploy data‑driven solutions.
• Present findings to executive leadership and influence policy or program design.
• Identify behavioral frictions and biases affecting performance and outcomes.
