Job summary

Your Reformer, a fast-growing global brand redefining reformer Pilates access, seeks a commercial leader to own UK Boutique Studio & Allied Health growth. This true player-coach role closes high-value deals while building and mentoring a regional team, reporting to the Head of Commercial - EMEA, with involvement in market intel, negotiations and pipeline overflow.

You'll drive UK opportunities, partner with studios and clinics, and extend success across Europe, leading multi-line revenue streams

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development or commercial sales in boutique fitness or allied health
• Proven record of building pipeline and closing deals at senior level
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
• Experience selling into boutique studios and allied health practices
• Experience across multiple revenue streams (hardware, SaaS, education) is a plus
• Leadership experience or mentoring others is highly regarded
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder skills
• Ownership of pipeline and revenue in a fast-scaling global brand

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities across UK boutique fitness, Pilates, yoga, and allied health clinics
• Execute the EMEA commercial strategy with UK as a key growth engine
• Build and manage a multi-line pipeline across hardware, software, and education
• Lead, coach and develop the business development team
• Own partnerships and upsell/cross-sell across the customer base
• Represent the brand at trade shows, expos and partner meetings
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics and finance to drive revenue
