Job summary

Child Communication & Behavior Specialists (CCBS) is seeking a Senior BCBA to design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children and adolescents. You will supervise staff, collaborate with families, and ensure high-quality clinical documentation within a clinician-led organization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience providing ABA services to children/adolescents; entry level considered.
• Strong written/verbal communication; ability to write clinician-quality reports.
• Proficiency with CentralReach for data and billing.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs and skills programs grounded in ABA.
• Conduct FBAs, preference assessments, and skills assessments.
• Review session data and adjust programming for measurable progress.
• Maintain a caseload aligned with salary level and billing expectations.
• Deliver direct therapy services as part of billable hours when appropriate.
