Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Sr Software Engineer for a PLM Platform, offering remote work in the US or Canada as an Independent Contractor. Qualifications

• 11+ years building and supporting production backend software.
• Strong backend development experience; C#/.NET preferred.
• Cloud-native engineering experience; Azure preferred.
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes and production troubleshooting.
• API design and integration including REST, pagination, retries, idempotency, and OAuth/OpenID Connect.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate backend services, integrations, automation, and extensions connecting PLM with ERP, analytics, ECAD, and other systems.
• Own end-to-end solutions—from architecture and coding through CI/CD, Kubernetes deployment, observability, and production support.
