Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in Rust (or C/C++), with competence in Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience with UNIX systems and Git.
• Experience with back-end services or distributed systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve core backend inference services, including networking, speech processing, and latency/memory optimization.
• Develop processes to measure, build, and optimize services for performance.
• Debug complex system issues across networking, scheduling, and high-performance computing.
• Rapidly customize backend services to support customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product to design and implement new services end to end.
